This policy explains how DR Developments handles personal information collected through this website. We are the data controller for that information.

When you submit an enquiry or quotation request we collect your name, email address, telephone number, project address and the project details you choose to provide, including any photographs you attach.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quotation and, where you become a client, to deliver and administer your project. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated, and on the basis of contract where work is agreed.
Retention
Enquiries that do not progress are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to completed work are retained for six years to satisfy guarantee, insurance and statutory accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact us at DR.Developments01@outlook.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
