Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotations issued and works carried out by DR Developments. Signing or accepting a quotation in writing constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Quotations
Quotations are free, itemised and valid for 30 days. They are based on the scope and access conditions observed at survey. Concealed defects discovered during works will be reported, priced and agreed in writing before proceeding.
Payments
Payment stages are agreed in writing before work begins and are tied to completed milestones. Invoices are payable within seven days unless otherwise agreed. We do not request disproportionate sums in advance of work.
Variations
Any change to the agreed scope will be documented as a written variation with a price and any programme impact, and requires your approval before it is actioned.
Programme
Start and completion dates are given in good faith. Weather, statutory approvals, supplier lead times and client-instructed variations may affect the programme; we will keep you informed of any change.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed in writing from the date of practical completion. Manufacturer warranties on supplied goods are registered in your name. The guarantee excludes fair wear and tear, third-party alterations and damage caused by lack of maintenance.
Insurance & liability
We carry public liability insurance and certificates are available on request. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions should be sent to DR.Developments01@outlook.com.
